Located steps from the beach, this 1 bedroom well-to-do serviced apartment makes for a perfect extended romantic getaway or family vacation for those who enjoy urban beach living among the finer things in life. The pool and beach scene is a fantastic places to enjoy your time while staying in this private residence. THE SPACE: • 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, and living room. • 1 King Bed, 1 Sofa bed-Full • Spacious 760 ft² (71 m²) of living space. • City view with Western exposure • Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries. • Entertainment amenities within the residence include TVs, Bose Alexa, cable, and high-speed wireless Internet. • All stays at the Roney Palace require a minimum stay of 30 days. GETTING AROUND: The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: • SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS RESIDENCE. AMOUNT WILL BE ON FLORIDA LEASE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING. • All bookings will require a Florida Lease to be signed as it is a building requirement. It will be sent to you after booking. • One complimentary parking spot available at the Valet. • The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival. • DUE TO THE TIME INVOLVED IN THE ASSOCIATION APPROVAL PROCESS, THE APPLICATION MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE BOOKING. • Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property. • Pets: We follow the condominium's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $400 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit required. No other pet type allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal.
