The apartment has a swimming pool next to the inter-coastal channel, which allows you to enjoy some of the most extraordinary Miami boats sailing through these waters. You may also want to exercise at the gym, with a great view to the inter-coastal. The building has a front desk 24/7\. However our regular check-in time is from 4PM to 10PM. If for any reason you need to check-in after 10PM you should contact us to coordinate the after check-in time in advance. The apartment must remain closed and the air conditioning on at all times. You can adjust the temperature to your preference using the thermostat located inside the property. •⁠ Trash Chute: in each floor, next to the West elevators, there is a Trash Chute for throwing away trash. Please do not leave trash outside the apartment in the hallways or balconies. •⁠ All apartments will be delivered clean and with bed linens, 4 large towels, 1 hand towel, 2 face towels, 1 floor mat, 2 rolls of toilet paper. Please do not use the linens to clean surfaces or remove makeup. Stained towels or sheets will be claimed for the value indicated by our staff to Airbnb. My stepfather is 78 and cant do nor should anyone have to walk up or down 25 flights of stairs. This is a major safety violation with such a massive building. There was another tower with a working private elevator for residents however the security gaurds were unattetive to assist guests. Unit was nice . ##### John P.
