L'emplacement est parfait, à 2 min de la plage, d'Ocean drive, l'autobus et le trolley passe en avant de l'hôtel. Le nightlife est génial dans ce secteur. Les boutiques, restaurants et services sont proches et disponibles. L'hôtel manque un peu d'amour, mal rénové, le ménage pourrait être pas mal mieux, les matelas sont finis et l'insonorisation est inexistante. Nous entendions tout. Recommandable dans le cas de 1-2 nuits pour profiter rapidement des must de Miami beach, n'y passez pas une semaine.

Hôtel bien situé à proximité de South Beach. Mobilier très sommaire. 1 seule table de chevet et un petit frigo. Très désagréable d’être obligé de payer 30$/ nuit pour un service internet qui ne fonctionne presque pas et pour des frais de complexe non utilisés. Tables du resto situées à côté de la piscine, on ose pas y aller même seulement pour relaxer. Personnel tout de même accueillant et courtois. Situation de l’hôtel par rapport au prix est correct.

Bel hôtel bien placé dans South Beach. Placé à 2min à pieds de Colins Avenue et Océan Drive, ainsi qu’à 5min de la plage. L’isolation de l’hôtel laisse malheureusement un peu à désirer et il n’y a pas de parking compris. Cependant, il y a un petit parking public (mais payant : $16 pour 8h) a peine à 2min. Le restaurant juste à côté de l’hôtel propose un brunch excellent et abordable. Dans l’ensemble, il s’agit un bon hôtel.

Stayed only 1 night, worst experience, entire hotel had a fowl smell of POD, first night 1 room given was without terrace. Second day terrace room was given which had 20-25 mosquitoes easily visible, when asked front desk they simply suggested they cannot do anything and asked us to work with TP to seek refund. Checked out second day and requested for refund for remaining 2 nights.

The property is located near to the beach. This property doesn't have parking. The A/C machine was making lot of noice. Room door lock stopped working after first day stay. They could not fix it while we were on the property.

This Property Was Terrible Literally Roaches Allll over the place the bathroom had roaches in the shower I have pictures and videos of everything ! Also during check out the lady that helped us said that they were going to wave the resort fees because of the roaches in our room and she did not do that I still was charged the resort fee we were not accommodated at all

The ladies at the front desk was friendly. The cleaning staff didn’t do a good job cleaning they just made the beds with the same dirty sheets, same soiled towels and bathroom floors. We had to ask for fresh towels which was difficult because the staff didn’t speak a word in english. We had to pay for cleaning for everyday right?

The housekeepers left super early in the day so they wouldn’t bring us towels or wash rags, but we found out that there was people there they were just being lazy! Also, they were up at like five in the morning right outside our bedroom window being noisy! I had my soda explode on the blanket and we asked for a need comforter and they made us sleep with no blankets!

I didn’t like how there was no hot water in shower. Parking was very limited. We had to walk 3 blocks with suitcases because no private parking. Not the hotel fault but I didn’t see listed “no private parking” My whole floor smelt of MJ. Service & workers was great and it was clean!

This was a pretty good property. Our room was large and quiet for the most part. The staff was friendly and every time we requested something they had it with no wait time. I love that it was in the middle of everything and the hotel was very well kept.

I would strongly advise not staying here. The room was sooo dirty. I told the front desk and they did offer to give me my money back or clean the room. I asked for a different room but they didnt have snything available and the hotels in the area were booked. Also what needed to be done was not just cleaning. The curtains had spots the walls had peeling paint. The room had holes in the walls the room had sand and dirt in the corners the beds were old and dusty. The bathroom was half decent. I just wished id read all of the reviews before booking because the complaints are the same. The balciny wouldve been awesome but there holes in the walls as well as dirt on the tables and the chairs were rusted. I wpuld never ever stay here ever again. Ive included pics so that you can see what i mean
