This Studio Apartment is located at the Castle Beach Club Condo and has a striking Ocean View! The condo offers many resort-like amenities; valet parking is INCLUDED, as well as access to the beach, pool, and tennis court. There is also a restaurant on site, tiki bar, convenience stores, as well as bike rental, travel agency and shops. The studio apartment can fit up to 4 guests, with 2 queen beds. There is complementary WIFI access and cable TV. The kitchen has the essentials to prepare breakfast or a quick meals, with a double hotplate, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, fridge, dishes and kitchens utensils. Extra linen, towels, pillows, beach towels, iron, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are located in the closets. The bathrooms includes hair dryer. We also provide amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, dish soaps, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper. (For longer stays you will need to replenish). Housekeeping is done before and after your arrival. Laundry is located on the lower level of the building. It was a bit dated and had a few maintenance items that could use attention. A few minor updates to spruce things up would go a long way. It did give the impression of a property management company putting in the bare minimal just to make a profit. The overall property was generally nice, with the exception of parking. The valet team was often understaffed to accommodate people coming and going, and it could take 30-40min to get your car at times. It got to the point where we avoided doing activities or considered trying public transit just so we wouldn't have to deal with it. I was also pleasantly surprised by the very good cosmetics in the bathroom. There is also all the necessary utensils, coffee, sugar, iron! coffee machine and everything works great. The only negative is that the front door needs to be painted from the inside, but we didn’t find fault, since the main thing for us is cleanliness and a clean bed! yes, also, the host answered all questions instantly, so I know for sure that I will stay next time again in this place. Property overall is pretty old and clinging to life. Pool is not heated and colder than the ocean, only has about 10 pool chairs in the whole area, gate to ocean is broken and anyone can just walk in to the property. Had lots of random beach people come to pool and blast their music louder than the tiki bar! Hot tub was broken and walled off, gym was absolutely disgusting. There is no stores or restaurants in a walkable distance and you have to drive/taxi everywhere. The valet area was always packed and we had to meet our taxis on the street. This is a bare minimum room and property, and the price they are charging I would rather pay the extra 1-200 hundred dollars per night to stay at a real hotel near more things. Totally not worth it, but you get what you pay for. I want to preface this by saying we are not the type of travelers that need constant pampering or expect top of the line luxury at bottom of the barrel prices. We expect our rentals to be safe, clean and comfortable. This property failed on all counts. The second we opened the door our hearts sunk. Don't believe the pics (or good reviews) this place is a dump. To say it has been neglected would be an understatement. There is mold on many sections of the walls and ceiling, the walls are worn with chipped and cracking paint, appliances are old and rusty, cabinets and counter tops are falling apart, floor tiles are cracked or loose, toilet is cracked, shower fixtures are rusty, drains are missing screens. I could go on and on. Only good thing about the room was the view from the window overlooking the beach. Otherwise, this listing should be flagged for misleading content. The pictures make it look decent enough but in reality it is anything but. The property itself was decent enough but shows signs of age with flaking paint and worn rugs. Public bathroom were in somewhat rough shape, particularly by the pool area. The pool itself looked pretty nice but the area around it was also rough. There was also a peculiar and overwhelming smell of Fabuloso throughout the property. (Which looking back might be a good thing at least it was being kept clean.) The main draw of the property is the location -- being right on the beach. Surprisingly, there was little else in the area in way of shops or restaurants. We were going to try and "tough" it out and make the best of it when I found a couple of roaches. Had enough. After numerous fruitless attempts to contact the property manager we cut our stay short and found another place directly on South beach for about the same price and none of the issues. ##### Robert T. Had towels, beach towels and chairs for you to used, along with a nice size closet to hang your stuff. Bathroom and kitchen area were good for what we needed. Security at check in however… I got there at 238 and she said I couldn’t check in till 245\. I said I was confused… do I need to get back in line and wait for 7 minutes. With a rude voice she said get out of line till 245\. Okkkk I get out of the long line and back in at 245! Then valet was sometimes so long to park or get your car. No choice but to valet. We waited 15 mins the first night, called an Uber and the Uber got to us before they could get my car. ##### Crystal N. It was truly a great time and LOVELY view. The property was exactly as listed and clean when we arrived. We were also able to watch TV, which was nice - the volume for Netflix didn't work, but that wasn't a problem for us. If staying here, just consider that valet is soooo kind and attentive, but BUSY. We tried to beat traffic by leaving a little early and coming back before 10\. I'm sure the valet traffic also depends on when you visit (we were there during spring break) Even with that, I'd come here again! ##### D B.
