« We have stayed at two separate Comfor Ann & Suite locations this past month. This stay was for 5 days with two adults and a child 4yo. The property was clean and the staff was super nice and was available to help us when we requested new linens and provided excellent service. The hotel had no record of our reservation and the paperwork provided by Expedia showing the reservation and confirmation numbers was useless since it was a 'third party' situation. Due to the diligence and kindness of the desk clerk we finally got checked in no thanks to Expedia. Expedia charged an extra fee to change the date of the reservation but did not pass that update along to the hotel. Extremely poor service from Expedia. I can not...

« I had a wonderful two days stay at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and rest.
