« We scheduled 5 days for a family beach vacation (me, my wife, and our 12 year old) and found this listing online while looking at much more expensive beachfront properties on the outer banks. I sent it to my wife and said “how about a private beach for a fraction of the price?” I kept trying to find the catch. There wasn’t one. The property manager was excellent with communication. « We had everything we needed. The space was just the right size for 3/4 people. The outside was a little cluttered but didn’t bother us. I would offer a couple of recommendations: 1. Having some firewood for the wood stove would be a great addition. 2. A pullout couch would be better than the futon. 3. Need some space to hang hunting gear to help keep things better organized. We truly had a great time and space was great hope to come back next year! »
