« This was one of the best properties we've stayed at in all our years of renting vacation places. The house was well equipped, comfy bed and was pleasingly quiet..and not to forget, the hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of drinking wine!! ...our host and the property manager were wonderful and very responsive! When we arrived, the property manager had 12 delicious peaches waiting for us!! The house has all you need for a great stay and you won't be disappointed...we will certainly rent...

« We had three adult couples in the house for a couple nights and really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed, was quite comfortable and very clean. The communication prior to arrival was comprehensive. I would stay here again when visiting the area. »

« My siblings and I had a great stay at the lodge. Lots of wildlife and beautiful gardens. A short drive to some of the most spectacular views on the Grand Mesa and under an hour to Palisade and Grand Junction. The interior of the space was comfortable and spacious for five adults, with a well-equipped kitchen. It’s clear David and Deese take great care to keep the property clean and in good repair. Glad we gave it a chance! »

« Clean, Plenty of room and towels/wash clothes. Plates, saucers, glasses, etc were clean and plenty.Beds were comfortable, nice, safe newer part of town. quiet sub division. Plenty hot water. TV is streaming. BBQ Grill was clean and functional. »

« Communication about how to checkin was on time and clear. We just had to unlock the door. The kitchen was great, had everything we could possibly need and more! Measuring cups and spoons, a cover for food in the microwave, good and sharp knives, plenty of glasses, plates as well as pots and pans. I would have appreciated a plastic cup for the bathroom and to take outside. (They may have been there, but I didn’t see them.) It was super clean and very comfortable. »

« This is a nice condo near the mall and movie theater. It is very clean and was nice and quiet. Close to the action but far enough away. Nice bike rack in the garage for those mountain bikers! »

« Unit was very clean and cool when arrived ( air conditioner worked great !) We found beds to be super comfortable and unit was stocked w everything you need. We were traveling w our senior dog and appreciated the dog bowls and poop bags provided. Location was very convenient to all restaurants ect and to Mesa College ( we were in town for summer b-ball tournament). Host ( management co) VERY responsive and helpful. We will DEF be back next summer ! »
