The blackout blinds were off the track on one side and hanging, but the worst part was the plug in the bathroom wasn’t working had to blow dry my hair out under the television because that was the only accessible plug. I usually blow dry my hair with a curling brush and need to utilize the mirror. Of course I was going to a conference not ideal. I told all this stuff to the front clerk and she asked if I was a Marriott Rewards member and when I said no, she said that’s too bad. We could’ve done something for you possibly. So because I wasn’t they did nothing. Or possibly because I prepaid the hotels.com. Just sad"

"Someone tried to get into our room - they opened the dead bolt but the latch stopped them. We called the front desk. He came apologized said he saw nothing but would have mgmt get back to us and review cameras. We checked out in our pjs at 11pm and they will NOT give us a refund. They said it was the front desk guy and it was an accident. WTH ... Why wouldn't he have said that then .... "
