"While a little outdated, this was very affordable and within 10 to 15 minutes of what we wanted to see and do in Portland. There is an outside pool, and a light breakfast. You need to ask for housekeeping if you want it, but the bed was comfortable after exploring and walking all day it was fine. Probably the most reasonable place to stay. "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay on Highland Lake. The location is ideal, close to Portland on a large, but quiet lake. The house had many nice amenities that made the week easy. Timissa was immediately available and very attentive. Our teen boys loved fishing and kayaking. Very comfortable. Thank you!"

The house has a lot of accommodations for children they don’t have in the listing: kids plateware, cups, pack and play, toys, a tree house. All of that definitely exceeded our expectations and was great to have with our 2.5 year old. Things to note: all the windows are amazing but curtains are not black out and we were up early with our son every day. The bathrooms are beautiful, but there are no bath tubs. Other things worth mentioning: this house is one of the best stocked rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Everything we needed to cook meals, make coffee, etc. the location was a little far from everything. The closest store was 15 mins away but it was nice to be on the lake. "

"This delightful lake view home was just as pictured and imagined. Our family of 15 ages 7 months to 72 years had the best time making memories on Little Lake Sebago. Cooking and eating together, sitting on the dock, paddling around with the kayaks, canoe and paddle board AND several evenings around the firepit or living room stove were highlights. A few excursions to Portland and drives around the lake rounded out our 8 day adventure in Maine."
