We had a great stay, the hotel has its signature, vintage but modern. We were surprised about how clean was the hotel and the room as it was inviting. Definitely we will stay again. It’s like a hidden gem, good value for price.

Cómodo y Agradable

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy cómodas y agradables, la zona de piscina está muy bien dotada, es limpia y ofrecen un buen servicio. Las habitaciones no cuentan con nevera y solo tienen jabón, no entregan más productos de aseo.

Weak, old, has pool, needs lots of improvement

Tiny rooms, weak air conditioning, antiquated. Wi-fi was good. Pool area was nice, but did not see any daily cleaning crew. Breakfast was lame. Staff was friendly. Mattress was good, but small pillows, no blanket. No fridge in room. No trash can in room. Bathroom door lock did not work, told them at the front desk, did not fix. No parking on site.

PUEDE SER MUCHO MEJOR !!!!!!

No muy bien, considero que el Hotel San German aunque tienen un buen equipo de personal, faltan muchos detalles para la atención al cliente. Por ejemplo las mesas de noche se ven sucias y a pesar que una de la mucamas limpio al parecer son manchas. Las camas estaban limpias, se puede pasar la noche Los desayunos son muy regulares, no existe una variedad de productos para seleccionar y a punta de calentado y huevos revueltos creo que no es una opcion optima. Normalmente no como sino huevos tibios, el dia que pedi que por favor en vez de huevos revueltos me sirivieran huevos tibios me cobraron por ellos, no es por el valor, es simplemente atencion al cliente. La cena de Fin de año, estuvo terrible para mi, Las uvas servidas muchas de ellas etaban dañadas, por otro lado pedi filet mignon que me encanta, cuando lo probe la carne etaba mal maduradad por no decir curada y ademas cruda. NO preguntaron el termino como se hace normalmente, A pesar de ofrecer para cambiarla, no me intereso, realmente quede con muy mal sabor y no provocaba comer nada mas. El edificio me gusto mucho es un Hotel muy antiguo en Girardot, y se veia en general limpio y buena atencion del equipo pero puede ser MUCHISSSSSSSIMO MEJOR si ponen cuidado a los detalles!!! Esta ubicado en la Zona mas antigua de GIRARDOT, atravesando calles bastante complicadas.

Beautiful colonial house and well renovated. A nice and quiet swimming pool in the back. The original rooms have some mold smell, so I asked to move to the less charming ones in the back. Friendly staff. Good location.
