« Rooms decent. Property itself bad. Cool, elevator, vending machines all out of order. If you just want to bed to stay in, this is a great cheap place to stay. Rooms were clean, but like every motel needed updating, but clean. Nobody at the front counter, communication between employees and host was poor, had trouble with my VRBO reservation.If it’s just me, not my family, I would stay here again just for the price and it’s proximity to Iowa Speedway »

« We stayed there 3 nights. It was surprising at first to see how small it was on the outside, but the inside is furnished perfectly for overnight stays.We left a foam mattress topper that we bought brand new to soften up the bed and it made a huge difference.Everything was really well designed and placed. We'll be back next year! »

« This home was exactly as described. We were in the area for a football event and it was wonderful having a "home" to go to at the end of the day. The area was very quiet and the property was very well maintained. Being there for 5 days/4nights with a teen practicing in the summer heat, having the washer and dryer was a huge plus as wash having a garage to park in since we did experience severe weather while there. I would definitely stay here again if needed. »
