Stayed in the 2 bedroom George's Suiye. VERY run down, needs a lot of maintenance. Windows don't close properly, carpets frayed, sofa old and stained. Seems to have been cleaned and linens were clean. Just old and run down.

Overpriced for a room with facilities that are either broken, missing, too old to be useful, very worn, requiring attention, or badly chosen and located. Reasonably quiet for sleeping. The electric toaster worked well.

Great hotel for the price, the room did have a a bit of a Smokey smell despite being listed as non-smoking room. Other than that the place was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower had good pressure, and the location was perfect…all the things you need for a great stay away from home.

Fantastic location, staff are so kind, clean and comfortable, the 2 bedroom top floor apartment is one of the only ones in St Kilda with a balcony and privacy - view of the city in the distance. It is quiet, can't hear street noise or the trams. Close to everything. Just needed more glasses for 4 people in the room.

Location of hotel in St Kilda was excellent. The Tolarno itself has an arty boutique feel. It looks a bit tired in places but if you can past that I would stay again. 2 mins walk to great Irish bar - Fifth Province. You need to go there.
