As soon as we entered the apartment we could tell it hadn't been cleaned. There were a small child's dirty hand prints on nearly every window in the apartment, used bandaid on one of the dining room chairs, no hand soap provided (but an empty bottle of hand soap was provided), the towels smelled horrible, bedding appeared to not be fresh, and food scraps were left underneath the sink catcher/ plug in the kitchen. No wifi the entire time we were there as well. The host did apologize for wifi but was adamant that the apartment was cleaned. The only thing we were 100% happy with was the location.
