très bon séjour à tous points de vue mais prix excessif demandé pour une prolongation de 2 nuits sur place ce qui a entrainé notre déménagement au Jazz corner contigu et de même qualité pour un prix 3 fois moins cher .

The room was okay. Big nasty orange stain on the carpet though. No idea what it was but does not look good at all. Beeping sound in the room kept going on every 15 minutes. Ask the receptionist what it might be. Told me the dishwasher. Not the case. Ended being the internet relay box that needed new batteries. Ended killing the alarm myself. By the way giving only 30 minutes of free wifi per 24 hours is a joke. Ending paying up 18 dollars for 24 hours is an even greater joke. We are in 2017 for crying out loud.

Rien a dire, tout est absolument parfait, sauf le cout de la connexion wi-fi dans la chambre(1/2 h gratuit par jour, puis ensuite 10 $ la 1/2 h !) mais c'est une constante dans les hotels australiens. Pour autant, hotel tres bien situé, tres bien isolé du bruit, personnel charmant et réellement disponible 24/24h, chambre extrêmement spacieuse et hyper équipée, salle de sport, bref, ne manque que la piscine .....!

Séjour agréable. Hôtel très correct. Avons eu la surprise d'avoir une personne à la réception qui parlait français. Petit bémol, le bruit de la rue un peu fort lorsque l'on laisse la baie vitrée ouverte, et personnellement, le vertige depuis le balcon du 18ème étage. Très bien situé pour prendre le tramway gratuit ainsi que la ligne de tram pour le zoo.

Excellent location for the property, good service and amenities. The room does need a serious touch up in lighting. It was very dim with all the lights on and the window was facing the adjacent building so you didn’t get much light from there either. Shower floor was dirty with stains and marks. The front door doesn’t close fully by itself and you have to remember to pull it hard to lock it. The keycard access on our door was also pulled off/tampered with on one of the nights which made us worried about the security of our room. The freezer also made this loud, breathing sound that LITERALLY sounds like someone is standing in the room. Very difficult to sleep at night with it..

Zimmer eher dunkel und man schaut direkt gegen ein anderes Hochhaus, Zimmer sind absolut ungemütlich (Industrie-Style inkl. unfassbar hellem Licht). Im ersten Zimmer war der Teppichboden komplett verdreckt und der Ganzkörperspiegel zersprungen, im anderen Zimmer (wir baten dann um einen Tausch) war das ok, trotzdem war es insgesamt alles nicht sauber und roch auch nicht angenehm. Keine Empfehlung!

I booked for 2 nights but decided on another night in which they were able to do. Car park was $39 per night but in safe on site place. Great amenities all I needed. Close to Victoria markets and city Only one downer was I went to load my car in park at 930am to come back to my room to cleaners who had packed my remaining gear and had started cleaning the room already before I had checked out!

Location is great, with both trams and trains just a minute walk away. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room condition left a lot to be desired though. The handle of our tap was broken, we found a small cockroach on the third day and my partner cut his finger while washing the wine glass because it had a chip on the rim. Overall a good place to stay if you’re on a budget, otherwise there are better options.

Dies war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Hotel und wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung war super, auch alles sauber. Das Hotel liegt genau gegenüber einem Park. Von dieser Seite vom Hotel aus, hat man einen super schönen Ausblick. Es liegt generell sehr zentral und nur einen Katzensprung vom Queen Victoria Market. In der Nähe gibt es jede Menge Restaurants. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

The towels were so hard that you couldn’t dry yourself properly , the shower pressure was really bad couldn’t get enough water to shower properly , not enough milk to make just one coffee let alone two , poor communication from receptionist , they presumed we knew how to work with the key cards and we didn’t , another guest had to show us how to use it for the lifts and was not told prior to parking our car on the property that that would be a extra charge

The staff were excellent and patient. The room was smaller than expected and faced many high rise office blocks. Consequently, the curtains had to remain closed the whole time. The room was expensive for what was offered. There was no washing up/wiping down cloth and not one sharp knife to cut bread. Cooking utensils were meagre. I was extremely disappointed with this room considering how expensive it was.

Very nice stay
I had a very nice stay here. The locations was great and very near to public transportation (which did factor into my choosing to stay here). The room was comfortable and clean and had all the amenities I needed. The staff was helpful, friendly, available, respectful, and professional. The view from the balcony was not the best since it was directly across from another building, but this was just likely bad luck since a room on another side of the building would have had a different view

Das Zimmer und die Lage war gut. Leider gab es ein Problem mit der Buchung und beim Hotel war eine Buchung ohne Zimmerservice hinterlegt. Das entsprach nicht meiner Bestätigung von Expedia. Ich solle mich an Expedia wenden, um Geld erstattet zu bekommen. Auf die Frage, ob nicht wenigstens jemand den Mülleimer leeren kann wurden mir Mülltüten in die Hand gedrückt. Zu mehr war die Reception nicht bereit. Naja, Stil hat man oder auch nicht.
