Spacious, pet friendly, one level accommodation means both adults and children are easily pleased. 4 bedrooms (master with queen bed, ensuite shower, toilet, walk in robe and study zone) and 2 modern living zones (including a Coonara fireplace), open plan dining and kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher, microwave and Caesar stone benches) creates the ideal beach holiday for 2 families.
The house is designed to maximise indoor-outdoor flow onto a large front deck, so children can be watched from all the living areas.
The front of the house has a long driveway to accommodate 3-4 cars or 2-3 cars and a small boat. An expansive front and rear garden and driveway means children can be easily entertained. At the rear of the property is a lovely grassed area and the side is securely fenced to accommodate small dogs.
This expansive sunny deck is ideal for summer BBQ meals and with umbrella shaded al fresco dining for 8-10 guests, your holiday entertaining and relaxation is complete.
Alternatively, enjoy entertaining indoors in complete luxury on the chaise lounge in the entertainment room watching a movie on Foxtel, Stan or Netflix.

Please note:
(i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings.
We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this.
A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payment.
After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
(ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
(iii) This property is pet friendly upon application with breed and age of pet provided.
(iv) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.
