« A unique gem, hidden away in McLeod Ganj. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Rooms feature world class facilities. The food at breakfast was excellent and you can ask for things like bananas that were not on the table. The staff were attentive. Our laundry service was excellent as well. »

« I was physically attacked by the manager of this hotel. He became very aggressive when I offered to pay with an international card but he only accepts cash or UPI. When I wanted to get cash for him, he refrained me from taking by bags in the car. When I tried to leave, he grabbed me at the throat and scratched my arm. When I left one bag behind to get cash, he locked up the driver and took his keys and phone. Sunny, the manager, is a dangerous man and I warn you to stay away from the hotel....

« There were no heating in the rooms on a very cold day, infact the owner wanted additional money for providing heaters for each room.
Toilet paper on the room was soaking wet and quite disgusting
Linens had blood stains and smelly
Locks on the bedroom were very shaky and could be opened with any key. Made us feel very unsafe
When asked for recommendations manager was not very helpful and we felt only recommended spots and vendors where he had a previous arrangement with
