"Wow! This place was fantastic and cozy. Super clean and has all the necessities. The property was peaceful and great for kids. We enjoyed our stay there and will be back for a longer time. "
"Nice quiet location. Beds very comfortable. Hot tub was a nice feature. Plenty of nice towels. Nice to have an extra bathroom downstairs. Stay was great. "
"When you first walk into the hotel it smells and tastes lime stale cigarette smoke. My non smoking room smelt the same in the room as it did out in hallway and when you walk into the lobby. Secondly the bedspread had either cigarette burns or tears on the top and not sure if they were clean.could not tell everything smelt like stale cigarettes. Breakfast consisted of two chocalte muffins for 6 people, 2 kids of cereal with wwrm milk, biscuits soggy from heating up in microwave, but the gravy frplm can was good, jjusr old"
"We arrived sooner than we planned and Freddie was kind to allow us an early check in. His place was beautiful and overlooked the river. Due to family & wedding festivities, we were only there long enough to sleep but a hot coffee on the back porch listening to the birds and rushing water is on our to do list next time. Comfy beds, comfy sheets and comforters, and plenty of space for a large group. WiFi signal was great. I mentioned to Freddie that there seemed to be a lady bug family living upstairs and he is getting them relocated promptly. All in all, great host, great place, great price. "
