Amazing
Everything in the listing is accurate. We've stayed at many a rental but this exceeds them all. Everything was clean and it had plenty of room. The pool is clean, quite refreshing and only a short walk. Garage has plenty of room for a car and extras such as noodles and a wagon (supplied). Beach towels provided. Showers are good. Plenty of bath towels. A small office area which is very convenient for work. Temp. reached 104 outside, it was chilly (to me, not my wife) inside. Also it's within 10 minutes of the airport. Great experience. Will for sure book again if we return.

The Castle Condo
The Blue Sofa won us over @ the time of booking a VRBO & it didn’t disappoint. My family enjoyed relaxing & watching movies on it. The large, full size kitchen was Nice to cook in. Things we liked: Clear instructions & directions w/ pictures on how to get in and to the condo. Great & Quick Communication w/ Owner. Large & Unique table for playing Mexican train (Dominoes). Washer/Dryer & Detergent to do Laundry. CLEAN & Beautifully decorated. I felt Safe & Secure @ the property. Extremely close to Everything: Restaurants, Shopping, Grocery stores, etc. Things that I wasn’t aware of: All 3 Bedrooms are up a flight of stairs; not just the 3 pictured. Thankfully, it wasn’t too big of a deal. But I think a picture should have been posted on site. My sister was limited on the amount of times going up & down them. She also has difficulties walking long distances. I may have completely missed it; but I don’t remember the stairs in the description. Also, Tile is all throughout the condo w/ only a few rugs. My cat meowing in the hallway echoed throughout the house; along w/ peoples’ conversations. Which is something that can’t exactly be changed. And I didn’t pay attention to when looking @ the pictures on VRBO! All around; We had an AMAZING & AWESOME Experience!!!

First of all great location! Second, we loved that it was gated and private, but the most important was that as soon as we walked in the door, we felt we were at home. Beautiful! Cozy! Just felt very relaxing and good vibes. The rooms were very nice, spacious, as well as the bathrooms. Everything was exceptional! The communication with Esteban was very easy, very courteous and answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. We definitely recommend staying here. We also got to enjoy the pool for a little bit. We ran into some of the neighbors and they were so nice and respectful and said hello. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything Esteban. Five stars all the way.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was in town to visit my parents who are Wintering in Pharr. Traveled with my 2 Aunts. Place was quiet and clean. Perfect size for 3 guests. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable and relaxing
Property was well maintained, and had all the amenities that are listed in listing. The only thing my son complained about was there was no tv in the office/down stairs bedroom (just his preference). Owner was friendly, quick to respond if we had had any questions, and nothing overboard on check out requirements like we’ve dealt with from some other places. Over all we enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back.
