« We had a reasonably nice stay at this hotel, which is on the western side of Dubuque and has an indoor pool and hot tub. The property was well kept and the room and public areas were clean. The beds were comfortable and there were ample electrical outlets. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. There was no vent in bathroom and the refrigerator had problems: one front leg was missing, the freezer compartment was thick with frost, and the thermostat dial was missing. Since the desk clerk...
