« You can tell the owners care for the house and want you to have a comfortable experience. It was clean and comfortable. Always felt safe in the neighborhood. Conveniently located. The light switch for the back bedroom is in the hall. It took us a while to find that one. The bathroom could use a remodel but overall the house was perfect for our weekend needs. »

« The property is meticulously maintained. The views of the river were claming after a long day of travel, the cabin was extremely comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Everything you could possibly need is present. My opinion is this place is a bargain for the price. Definately beats a hotel hands down. If I return to the area, I will definately book again! « This property is a slice of heaven. Greg and Maggie have created an incredible, one of a kind place where you can experience true quiet and solitude, stargaze, and really unplug and relax. Our dogs loved romping across the property, and we really enjoyed the kayak and paddle boat. The pictures honestly don't even do the place justice. We were blown away! We plan to come back every chance we get. »

« She is still working on the property. That being said it was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. She had snacks which we didnt need but she also supplied coffee, filters and cream which was wonderful. My favorite was coffee on the front porch. Lucy is very nice and quick to see to any issues. The lighting could have been a bit brighter. We would absolutely stay in this home again. Thanks Lucy! »

« Check in and out are very easy. The kitchen doesn’t even have salt and pepper, so you do need to bring all ingredients if you are cooking. The location of the bathroom is odd it is down a hallway behind a door with an alarm. It feels like you are going into the private space of the other side of the duplex, but the host assured us it was exclusively ours. We were told at check in that we couldn’t use the deck because it might not be safe. Still for the price, we were satisfied. »

« For a place that will sleep 12, there are not enough chairs for dining or lounging. The outdoor cushions were moldy.and dirty. We ended up only being a group of 8 and things worked out very well for us. A railing on the lower portion of the 2nd floor stairs would be helpful. »
