« The house is perfect for a getaway in the Weald. It was spotlessly clean. A nice welcome package with milk, cereal and tea made breakfast easy. Everything was in good nick. Recommend their pub The Kings Head in nearby Staplehurst. Also 50 minutes to London from there if you want no more beautiful countryside. »

« The check-in was super uncomplicated and Maria provided a very thorough explanation of the property. She was contactable by phone at all times. The location of the property is great, the property itself is a great old house with plenty of space and some nice extras (i.e. Tennis court and Hot Tub, both in good condition). Cleanliness, however, was disappointing at best. Fridge, kitchen drawers, oven etc had obviously not been cleaned for a while. All sinks and bathrooms were quite grim, bed...

« All we can say is wow! The property exceeded our expectations big time. Clean, spacious, well kitted out with everything we needed plus extra luxuries we weren’t expecting. We were four couples and so the room configuration worked well. Host Myles was brilliant and really hospitable - we will definitely return at some point. »

« I recently stayed at this house with friends and family. In total, we were 8 adults and 7 children ranging from 1-15 years old. It is a very big and comfortable house. It is in need of some TLC, the decoration is old but that is shown in the photos and reflected in the price. The heated indoor pool was amazing and saved our holiday as it was raining most days we were there. There were also many inflatables in the pool which was a nice touch. « This property is just amazing. Full of character and charm and so very well suited to the large group that we were. From under 2’s to grandparents in their 80’s, it was spot on Offering high chairs, potty’s, travel cots and plastic child friendly plates etc, as well as swings and garden toys, our great niece and nephew were very well catered for The house is full of nooks and crannies, so it was easy to find a quiet spot to sit and read or have forty winks! « Un hébergement sympa dans le jardin de la propriétaire. Sam nous a très bien accueilli et tout fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien. La terrasse à l'étage s'appuie sur le tronc d'un hêtre et les velux de la chambre donnent l'impression d'habiter dans un chêne. Parfait en couple. Un peu juste avec des ados, mais ça le fait. L'équipement est de bonne qualité. »
