« The property appeared fine at first glance but once I'd spent a little time there it became clear it was not properly clean. The sofa had something crusted to it. The wall above the bed had clearly visible dust balls sticking to it across the whole length (difficult to see in the photos, but obvious in person). The bedding had a funny smell in some places but not others. The floor was gritty so my feet were soon unclean again after a shower. All of this was particularly disappointing as I had...

« Beautiful location. Extremely clean. Just some minor issues that would have made it even better. The hut was extremely hot and the automatic provision of a fan would have really helped. Quicker response from the manager regarding issues would have helped too. Overall a lovely stay but I wouldn’t stay again when it’s hot weather. »

10/10 Excellent
"We stayed 3 nights for a family wedding. Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds and good facilities. The room was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The spa is very nice. Breakfast good. staff helpful. Tunbridge Wells is a lovely town and worth a visit. Lots of restaurants and bars and the Pantiles area is a pleasant 15 minutes walk either along the road or through the wooded area beside the road that also runs past ‘The Rocks’ and the cricket ground."
