Make use of the home's beach gear and spend a sunny day out with your family on its shores. Check out the quaint hamlets of Barnstable, Falmouth, and Hyannis for an authentic Massachusetts experience as you explore its corners and town squares. There are plenty of walking trails and opportunities for boating and shopping close by as well as some incredible golf courses.
Back at this newly renovated home, you'll find an assortment of amenities right at your fingertips, such as the home's new washer/dryer, board games/cards, and things to make your child's life easier like a high chair, booster seat, and a Pack-N-Play. You'll have bikes, a cooler, and a wagon as well, so be sure to take advantage of the vacation rental's many items! From the moment you walk into the home, you'll feel welcomed by its stunning and homey decor, sunshine pouring through the windows onto the dining room table and the spacious living area. If you're feeling hungry, check out the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances for your convenience so you can whip up a delectable meal for everyone at home.
Around the evening, kick it up on the deck and take in a breath of fresh air as you clank drinks with your friends and relish the outdoors. Head back inside after sunset and prepare yourself for a fun-filled night with laughter as you gather around in the living room and whip out the board games. You can also play cornhole at the home in your downtime, and there's an air hockey table and Ping-Pong available in the basement for your enjoyment. This is one trip you won't want to miss!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
