"The place is a bit difficult to find but once you do it is great. The room is as described - clean bright and airy. The bed is super comfortable. The bathroom is probably the best and largest we have had in over 30 trips to Italy. The host suggested La Tavernetta restaurant in Martina Franca and it was outstanding."

"Masseria San Michele has to be one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. From all the little design touches to the gorgeous breakfast spread, the sweetest dogs and little cat, and the pool area - everything was perfect! "What a piece of heaven... If you are looking for a rural, quiet place to retreat for a few days this place ticks all the boxes. The hosts were very welcoming and they have a beautiful home. We were the only guests for most of the week and we loved it. Place is spotless clean, the breakfast is great value and the facilities were exactly what we needed. Our toddler loved the cats and the fish! "

"We spent too nights at Elisabetta's villa and it wasn't long enough! We loved the pool area and used the barbeque and outdoor seating one evening. Elisabetta was very helpful in advice on where to shop, eat and explore. We spent one evening in Martina Franco in the old square for dinner which was worth a visit, with great food and a buzzy atmosphere. The kids(23 and 21) slept in the twin bedded room and just fit into the beds, but my son is 6ft 3 so worth mentioning as the photo makes them look...
