"Rooms a little outdated and lighting is terrible "

"The cleaniness could be a lot better. The floors and desk was very dusty and dirty. The restroom and bed was clean which I liked."

"The room was very clean, front desk that checked us in was very nice but once we were checked in and comfortable we noticed that not only did the tv not work but neither did the microwave. Reported the issue 3 times, was told someone was headed to fix it each time. Currently boarding our next flight home and still waiting to heat up the food we had… We traveled with children, were not able to turn on heat after returning to the room bc apparently it wasn’t hot enough outside for the heat to be used, per the agent from front desk"
