« The property is in an amazing location with incredible secluded access to the Red River. It’s a little hike down to the river. But once you are there, it is amazing tranquility. Take your own pillows, sheets and towels. Also, this is a camping like experience. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place. This is a place to get away from it all. The last 5 miles to the location are in white rock roads. I will return again and again »

« Great property to meet our children and granddaughters for Christmas. Having the 2 living areas was so nice. Great kitchen to cook while others play games at the large table. It was a great place to be comfortable with plenty of room to relax. All Bedding/pillows were comfortable. Everything was clean and welcoming! »

« The property was very cleaned and had most of every day issues (sheets/towels/pots and pans/dishware/ and more). The couch was the best ever nap I've ever had in a while. The bed too was comfortable to sleep. I would recommend this place to chill out and decompress from every day life. »

« I sent a message a couple of days ago regarding cutting our trip short because of my 84 yo father’s inability to keep his balance on the gravel walkways afraid he might fall or break a hip. The lady said you would give us a refund for the unused days. We only stayed 1 day. Please let me know. »

« Our quick weekender stay was mostly to sit around reading and relaxing. We were very pleased with the comfort of the living room furniture. Over the years of renting vacation spots, we've become shockingly critical about couch squishiness and appropriately enveloping recliners. :) I also want to give a shoutout to the cleanliness, especially the hot tub! »

« Hotel was convenient for attending concert at Winstar (Lucas Oil Live). Staff at check-in was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also convenient for morning after. Room had in-room jacuzzi which was a surprise (I guess I didn’t realize upon booking). Only complaint is about rate…it’s a shame these little places jack up their rates from the normal rate when there is a show attracting business, but that’s not unique to this hotel. »
