  • Villa LuMaLu invites you to a dream holiday with its modern furnishings, beautiful garden and private pool. The outdoor area of the villa consists of: a private pool where you can refresh yourself from the summer heat, sun loungers by the pool, a covered terrace with an outdoor table ideal for having a morning coffee while enjoying the marvellous view of the pool and the nature surrounding the villa. For cooking enthusiasts, there is also an outdoor charcoal grill that invites you to try your hand at preparing traditional Istrian dishes. For fun and relaxation, this villa offers a range of options: Badminton, table tennis or table football. From the outside of the villa you can access the interior of the house via the terrace, where on the ground floor there is a modern living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and a bathroom. The staircase leads to the 1st floor of the villa, where there are 4 comfortable bedrooms, some with access to a balcony with unique views of the countryside and the pool, and 2 bathrooms.     Villa LuMaLu is located in the enchanting municipality of Marana, not far from the town of Labin, in a quiet area surrounded by nature. Only 13 km from the villa is the first beach Krnica, but along the Istrian coast there are a handful of beautiful beaches at your disposal. Istria offers you many hiking and cycling trails. Take a short trip and discover the hidden beauties of this area. Istria is known for delicacies such as truffles, olive oil and various meat and seafood specialities. Visit the local restaurants and taverns where you will have the opportunity to savour the wide gastronomic offer of Istria. Visit the small towns of Labin and Rabac and feel the genuine Istrian atmosphere. If you are travelling to the other side of the peninsula, we recommend a visit to the small towns of Minj, Vodnjan or Faana. Don't miss a visit to the historic town of Pula and the famous Pula Arena and other important sights. We definitely recommend a full-day excursion to the Uka Nature Park or the Brijuni National Park.

Villa war sehr schön und in ruhiger Umgebung.

Villa war sehr schön und in ruhiger Umgebung. Keine der Nachbarn konnte einsehen. Wir waren zufrieden, allerdings gab es schon ein paar kleine Dinge die uns gestört haben. Was wir sehr schade fanden, war die sehr schlecht organisierte Übergabe. Kommunikation war sehr schlecht. Englisch sehr mangelhaft eigentlich nur kroatisch. Die Alarmanlage wurde uns gar nicht erklärt, es stand in der Beschreibung Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, ja sind beides vorhanden. Es waren aber 2 Waschmaschinen und kein Trockner. 1 Wäscheständer für 8 Personen ist sehr dünn, da sollte man einen zweiten auch etwas stabilieren organisieren. Des weiteren haben wir in den ganzen 2 Wochen nichts vom Vermieter gehört oder gesehen. Der Pool wurde unserer Ansicht nach nicht gereinigt in den 2 Wochen, sowie die Betten bzw. Handtücher nach 1 Woche gewechselt. Wir haben die 2 Damen nur bei Übergabe gesehen. Auch wurde kein Termin für die Rückübergabe vereinbart. Das fanden wir sehr schade. Ausstattung war ok, allerdings hat ein Brotmesser gefehlt. Leider hatten wir öfters Besuch von einem Fuchs, sogar auch mal tagsüber der auf einmal hinter uns stand und sogar nachts Schuhe entwendet hat und Spielzeug zerbissen hat. Da wäre eine gute Abschreckung ein Tor zur Einfahrt um das Gelände komplett abzuriegeln. Fazit: Wir können das Haus sehr gut weiterempfehlen mit kleinen Verbesserungen. Mit den kleinen Mängeln gibts nur 4 Sterne. Wir würden auch wieder kommen.

Villa LuMaLu is a fantastic place for an unforgettable vacation, offering modern amenities, a beautiful garden (though with artificial grass, which was a bit surprising for us), and a private pool. Outside, there is a private pool with loungers and a covered terrace with a table, perfect for a morning coffee with a view of the pool. Next to the villa, construction of a new house has begun, but no work was being done during our stay. Unfortunately, the entrance gate was not working, and the water in the outdoor shower flowed very slowly, making it difficult to use – these two things need improvement. The contact with the owners was good – we reported a dirty pool, which was quickly cleaned. However, the internet speed was too slow, making it impossible to even check the weather with eight people connected. Despite these minor inconveniences, Villa LuMaLu offers an exceptional vacation in beautiful Istria, making it an ideal place for rest and relaxation.
