### Luxury modern townhouse with sea views in exclusive location in Marbella

Enjoy stunning sea views in this brand-new townhouse featuring a Scandinavian design. The townhouse is bright and spacious, with four bedrooms and 3,5 baths spread over 250 m2/2.700 m2. You can also soak up the sun on one of the many terraces, which in total measure over 120 m2 / 1.300 m2.  
  
​The large rooftop terrace has sunbeds, a dining/lounge area, and an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue. The first floor has a spacious master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a terrace with sunbeds. Additionally, there are two guest rooms with a shared bathroom.  
  
The ground floor has an open space living/dining room with direct access to a covered terrace. There's also a fully equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom.  
  
The basement has direct access to a private garage with a utility room containing an additional fridge/freezer and washer/drier. There is space for one big car or two small cars in the garage. There is also free street parking in front of the community. The basement also features a big bright bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and home office.  
  
The house has air conditioning and underfloor heating. You'll also find high-speed WiFi, electric shutters, and large smart TVs in all rooms. We are also pleased to offer you two bicycles and paddle tennis rackets for use during your stay.
