Through text messaging they continually stated our issues were resolved and they were not. Beds very uncomfortable and when we asked to lower temperature they refused and advised it was locked. It was very uncomfortable at night and we got little sleep. Bath tub leaked both times we used it even after someone was sent to fix. We ended up having to leave early.
