Hello Daniel,Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts regarding our parking fee. I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We do charge a 15/night parking fee. Parking in the Florida Keys is limited. Our parking fee allows us the opportunity to have 24/7 onsite staff to monitor our parking lot to enable our guests sufficient space to park during their stay. You will notice the majority of properties in the Keys have a Resort Fee in addition to a parking fee or their parking is included in a Resort Fee.Our parking fee is also displayed on our website and all our third party affiliates' websites, and even though our parking fee is clearly disclosed on multiple platforms, we also remind guests at check in as we do not believe in surprise fees.
