The updated interior features modern Florida Keys-inspired decor, eclectic artwork, and all the modern amenities you'll need for carefree home comfort. A luxe leather sofa, two easy chairs, and a smart TV welcome casual downtime in the living room. Gourmet meal stylings come easily in the gleaming full kitchen equipped with such features as a four-burner gas range, a two-basin farmhouse sink, and a beverage fridge.

Convenience stores, local dining options, and retail shops are all located within walking distance. Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters is within a half-mile of the home and the Marathon International Airport is only a mile away.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighborpolicy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: 25 ft
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
