About this property

  • An oasis between two bustling cities. Pueblo is just a 30 minute drive to the west. Pueblo Reservoir, DaVinci Museum (only one in North America) and Riverwalk (boat rides) are just a few of the a menities Pueblo has to offer. Restaurants galore!
    To the east is Super Walmart and La Junta. Bent's Old Fort is nearby. There are two recreational lakes (Lake Henry and Lake Meredith in Ordway and John Martin Reservoir in Lamar. Numerous authentic Mexican restaurants and steak houses located both east and west of Manzanola.
    The farmhouse is located in the middle of a 200 acre working farm on Highway 50. Hike down to the Arkansas River just north of the farm . Home features patio w/ lawn furniture and bicycles. Inside there are three bedrooms and two baths. Fully remodeled modern kitchen has all new appliances, and kitchenware. There is a commercial washer and dryer in laundry room. There is wi-fi but no tv. Central Air.
