This home is ideally located just across the bridge from Nags Head and is just minutes from the beach, Jennette's Pier, Roanoke Island Festival Park, the North Carolina Aquarium, and so much more! On the top level, you will find an open concept floor plan with 360-degree views. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your perfect family meal, including a massive island with granite countertops. The spacious and cozy living room is the perfect place to settle in for a good conversation or to watch your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV. When the day is done, head out onto the back deck to enjoy spectacular OBX sunsets that are second to none! On the second level, you will find a King En-Suite Bedroom and a Queen En-Suite Bedroom, both with direct access to the second-level deck. A 3rd bedroom includes a pyramid bunk bed with a twin top bunk and a full-size bottom bunk, and the 4th bedroom boasts an elegant Queen poster bed. A jack-and-jill bathroom separates the bunk room and additional queen bedroom. Each bedroom on this level is equipped with its own smart tv. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the rental property. The house was both beautiful and impeccably clean. While we encountered some initial difficulties with the WiFi—specifically, the password provided in the home's information and via email didn’t function—we managed to resolve this issue by using the password found on the router. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare most of our meals comfortably, and the outdoor gas grill was a welcome addition. However, be advised that a few of the beds were quite firm; those who prefer a softer mattress may consider bringing a mattress pad for added comfort. For families, there is no shortage of activities to keep children entertained. Our kids particularly enjoyed the pool and the ping-pong table. The property also came with a crab trap, allowing us to engage in catch-and-release crabbing off the dock—an activity that was both fun and educational. Additionally, we rented a two-person kayak and took full advantage of the nearby waterways. The location of the property is ideal, with all amenities and attractions a mere 10 to 15 minutes away. One of our favorite outings was to Coquina Beach, which is about 15 minutes from the house. The beach offered conveniences such as bathrooms and on-site lifeguards and was pleasantly uncrowded during our visits. In the evenings, we would often venture to Nags Head, less than 10 minutes away, for miniature golfing, go-karting, or shopping. ##### Richard S.
