« It’s our first time using Vrbo and staying at a vacation house. The stay overall was pleasant: the manager was very responsive to our inquiries, the house was clean and pretty. Our service dog particularly enjoyed the pool. The only problem was that the property is located beside the main road, and the traffic could be annoying at night. »

« We had so much fun at this cabin on Toledo Bend! The weather was amazing and although the fish weren’t biting we still had fun in the sun. Great location and we loved how secluded it was. « A rustic country getaway. This was such a pleasure to be - quiet, sitting on the porch watching the birds and looking the beautiful scenery with the lake out front. The fishing right front yard. The greatest hospitality from our host. We could not have had a better week with quiet tranquility, fishing , and a wonder host in God’s country. »

The hosts are very accommodating and even gave us a tour of the other property available for rent on location which was also great . This is a great place to stay at the lake! »

We were in town for a college graduation, and we were able to comfortably visit with family in the spacious living room each evening. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the owner had so many little thoughtful extras (coffee syrup! body wash!). « Enjoyed our stay with family,friends, and kids. Beautiful view of the lake with good fishing off the dock. Kids enjoyed it as well as the adults. Also hav double covered parking for boats to stay on the water which was super convenient. Property was super clean and well organized. « I traveled with my spouse and 2 kids for a 4H competition in the area and came across this gem. The house and property are beautiful as is the art work throughout. Mr. Wilburn was an awesome host. After the competition, my family and I went to the Mansfield and Pleasant Hill battlefields which were just a short drive from the house. I will definitely be staying again the next time we find ourselves in the area. »

« I fell in love with this cabin 3 years ago. This was my 4th stay. I plan on making this an annual trip every year. I love that as a solo female traveler I feel safe here. The cabin is equipped with everything you need for your stay minus groceries and beverages. Lots of wildlife in the backyard and on the water.
