« First impression when entering the lobby is rather dismal. But after getting off elevator, it’s a nicely renovated hotel. Decor is yesteryear. Very clean and spacious room! Bed comfort so-so. Rickety lamp. Lots of light coming through window prevents easy sleep. Self parking might be a pain. »

« The Valet and restaurant staff were both excellent. The front counter staff and house keeping were horrible. Two out of five nights the housekeepers never cleaned our room or brought us fresh towels. When we called the front desk they were uninterested and of no help at all. The property is getting dated and the management and service for the price has left the building. »

« We booked a River View and the room we were given overlooked the pool and ajoining building. We asked to be moved to a River View and was accommodated with an upcharge. The room was great until the HVAC unit located in the bedroom started making very loud rattling noise. Like sleeping next to a commercial washing machine. 2 hours of sleep and contacted fromt dest. A “repair” was made and everything worked fine dirimg the day but reoccurred the next night.. only 2 hrs sleep the 2 nd night....

« It was a fantastic place, but the noise was too loud. We were right by the road in the river and it was just too loud but otherwise great. »

« The Hotel was fine, Breakfast upstairs was quiet, it was ok. The most disappointing part was the hallways smelled and were dirty, the carpets need to be replaced. »

« Excellent déjeuner inclus avec un restaurent voisin partenaire. Par contre, café non-inclus. L'hôtel paye 1 consommation alcoolisée par personne par soir. La chambre n'étais pas propre et le quartier semble non-sécuritaire le soir. Stationnement gratuit est un plus. »
