« The Cocoa Cottage was above and beyond what my family and I ever expected!! The house is amazing! Clean, so cute, great layout, perfect location but most of all the pool was incredible!!!!! The owner has the home stocked with all necessities, very detailed instructions regarding check in/check out, trash, etc. A cute handy pamphlet with extra info about nearby restaurants and areas to check out. This was by far the best house rental I’ve booked and can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!! »

« Such a cozy cabin. The area is so peaceful, it was great to spend the morning sitting in the window watching the forest and nearby creek. The lighting makes everything feel warm and cozy too. The windows in the bedroom let in a lot of nice sunlight. The stairs are a little steep, but not too bad once you get the hang of them. »

« Nice location, guest house was clean and nicely decorated. House is short drive to lancaster. The owners are very nice and freindly I would recommend this place to anyone. We all loved our stayRon Ferrara »

« Do yourself a favor and stay at the cottage! We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, peaceful setting. There was a welcome basket to greet us when we arrived and communication with the owners was excellent. We enjoyed the backyard and deck while watching the bunnies and fireflies. We could hear the buggies passing on the main road and see them from a distance. We visited the farmers market close by and ate at Dienner’s Country Restaurant buffet. Our stay was short but we spent time exploring...
