Nestled in a friendly neighborhood in Manhattan, you will enjoy this cozy place with quick access to all your amenities in town! Just a couple minutes from Bill Snyder Family Stadium and a short drive to downtown and shopping. A few of our perks: Full sized kitchen, Wi-Fi, comfy and quality sheets and pillows, and my favorite part: The Hidey Hole- a space for the kiddos. Cora has a hidey hole at her grandparent's house (behind a closet), and because we love it so much, we had to make one again!
This is a basement apartment so please be aware that there are stairs you will go down to access the space.

Clean & Comfortable
Clean and comfortable basement apartment. Was a great spot for a long weekend at KSU. Check in/out was easy, host responded quickly. As noted, this is in a basement, with a young family above. Other than hearing footsteps overhead, they were quiet, and the kids seem to go to bed early. The second bedroom is accessed through the first, with a door in between. The mattress in the second bedroom was very noisy. The kitchen was well stocked and had a ton of counter space. The bathroom was clean and the shower had good pressure. Overall a great property. Only knocking a star off because of the uncomfortable noisy bed mattress.

The property was very clean. Plenty of thick towels, hair dryer. We only stayed one night long enough to shower and sleep and left early. Note steep steps down to living area. A family lives above with small kids.

Adorable Listing
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for our weekend anniversary getaway. The decor is fresh and adorable and includes all the amenities to feel like you're staying in a cozy home: a roomy bathroom, a full kitchen, and adjoining rooms. The neighborhood was so quiet it was easy to get some good rest, too. Close enough to drive to all the local spots quickly. I'd say this place is perfect for one or two people, two couples, or a small family. We also enjoyed playing one of the provided board games and watching a movie in the living room. And very good natural lighting for a lower level! 5 stars!

Cora’s CUTEST cottage!
Maddie was so accommodating to me and my friends! We came for a small bachelorette party and the cottage was the perfect space for us to all hang out. It had the set up and rooms. She left clear check in and check out instructions. Will definitely be booking again the next time I am In town! 💜

Super comfy apartment!
I had a great stay at Cora’s Cottage! The space was well stocked and very comfortable. The kitchen was way bigger than I expected and perfect for cooking. I also appreciate that even though this is a basement apartment, it has full size windows and doesn’t feel basement-y. It’s also a 5 minute drive from everywhere I wanted to go! I’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a short trip to MHK to meet up with some family and catch a basketball game. Clean and cozy basement area.
