"First and foremost, the young man on desk duty Saturday afternoon greeted me as family. So very warm with his words and smile. A true genuine smile. That when I went back to check for my misplaced wallet, he was still sweet and kind to tell me it wasn't turned in, and will on a lookout for it. I found it in the room, but that young gentleman truly understands customer service. Like most Comfort Suites, it lacked nothing. If in the area, I would definitely be a repeat customer. "

"We stayed 3 nights for Memorial Day weekend for a family get together. We booked 5 rooms. The hotel itself was dated and showing a lot of wear. We had to wear our shoes inside because our feet were getting dirty from the carpet, but the rooms were relatively clean otherwise. The staff was outstanding (with the exception of the housekeeping manager who was extremely rude and has a serious anger problem - avoid him). The super nice front desk ladies went way above and beyond to accommodate us and make us comfortable the whole time we were there. They made sure we were all together on the first floor and had an adjoining room as requested. They alone made up for the carpet and the mean housekeeping guy. Be sure to hand your housekeeping tips directly to the person cleaning your room. The rude, mean guy goes into the rooms before the cleaning staff and takes their tips. I had a hard time believing it until we saw it happen. Even though all was not perfect, we would stay again because the ladies at the front desk were so good to us all."
