Great location and property . Unfortunately the room wasn’t ready until gone 5pm but the reception staff were very helpful. Hadn’t realised on booking you needed to share passport details so don’t leave checking in online until the last minute as you need to input this info.
We stayed as a family with a young child and the property had all the facilities required to do so. The property was quiet and of a good standard. The property had an accessible route for the pram, including a ramp and a lift inside of the property. We were within walking distance to the northern quarter and the shops
Great location, great staff. The gentleman called Mohammed who managed the breakfast on my second day was excellent - very helpful, engaging and provided me with tips for my stay (thanks Mo!).
The studio rooms are great even for days you just want to stay in - spacious, great views from the windows, you can cook yourself a meal and clean your clothes very easily - brilliant set up.
Thanks reception staff for your help in extening my stay!
Great apartment like accommodation in a really convenient location.
Fully online process to check in etc, which worked very well.
Second time staying here, and will definitely use again.
Loved that and old building has been repressed. Spacious, clean modern rooms which retained original features.
Easy check in even though early, helpful receptionist

Great location, great stay. Easy and functional. My apartment wasn’t very clean upon arrival though. Lots of dust, chipping wall paint, stains in the fridge etc. And I had a minor noise issue, from a neighbour. But other than that, it was a nice, private stay in experience. And I think I’d stay there against
The aparthotel is in a great location - minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly station - and in a beautiful old warehouse. I was staying for nearly a week so loved having kitchen facilities, sofa etc and the TV had chromecast so I could properly feel at home and watch my usual shows etc.
Some pretty awesome rooms! Great service from princess, the concierge. Just bear in mind that there is no AC in some of the rooms, so enquire first

The hotel is in a great location close to piccadilly station and is very unique following the refurbishment of a very old warehouse.
In terms of the size of the room, bed, facitlities etc. we found very good.
However the lighting was very poor in the kitchen and the hallway. Down lighting in the kitchen is at eye height so blinds you if you want to find something in the cabinets. In the hall, its impossible to put your clothes away into the wardrobe without the use of a phone torch.
Our tv did not work ( both regular and digital), and although i wrote 2 whats app messages, this was not resolved before our departure as there was non one on site after 6pm, who could attend.
Overall we still did have a great stay, its a pity a couple of basics let the property down
