« We stayed in an upgraded room which was fantastic except the shower pressure was diabolical. Breakfast was amazing, bed was really comfortable, staff were wonderful. We stayed in a non upgraded room a day before this stay and the shower was amazing but the room was really tired. Again the bed was super comfy and brekkie wonderful. »

« Comfy room, generous towels. Arrived late Friday evening, no bother getting a table in the pub downstairs for food- they don't take table reservations, so I wasn't at a disadvantage. Good wide choice on the menu and attentive service. There was a nightwatchman for after hours- what a treasure! He showed me how to access once the pub was closed, helped me empty the bags from the car and carried them to our room all with a friendly, nothing was too much trouble approach. A real asset to the Old...

« Grosse déception concernant la piscine notamment ! Nous avons réservé cet hôtel principalement pour ça et malgré un hôtel annoncé family friendly, nous apprenons en arrivant à 17:30 que les enfants sont interdits à partir de 18:00 (ils ont même semblé hésité à nous laisser entrer et sont venus avant 18h dire qu'il fallait sortir) mais qu'ils y ont de nouveau accès de 8 à 10 le matin, en plein sur le créneau du petit déjeuner. Mettre le réveil pendant les vacances pour déjeuner en vitesse dans la...
