"My favorite place I stayed for my entire trip around Maine. I didn't want to leave. My bedroom was fantastic and had a wonderful porch with a table and chairs I could sit out on in the morning, afternoon, and nighttime. The backyard was beautiful! My bed was very comfy as well. Shower pressure was fantastic! It was in a great location and I pretty much could walk to everything. I will be staying here again as soon as I am back in Maine."

"Perfect place if you're looking to be directly across from the beach. If you stay in the main building, your balcony will face it. Staff is amazing and helpful! Patrick let us know of the great near by restaurants as well. Will come back for sure!"

"We recently stayed here and overall had a very positive experience. The rooms have been recently renovated, and the upgrades are beautiful. The space felt modern, clean, and fresh. While there was still quite a bit of construction happening around the property, it did not disrupt our stay at all. One thing we really appreciated was being allowed to park onsite before check-in. That gave us the opportunity to spend the entire day exploring the area without worrying about parking. When we arrived at our room, housekeeping was still finishing up. The team was extremely apologetic and worked quickly to get everything ready for us. We appreciated their professionalism and friendly attitude. Our only disappointment was the balcony upgrade. We paid extra for an ocean-view balcony, but the view was primarily of the parking lot, and we would have needed to lean over the railing to see the water. That said, the beach is literally right across the street, so you’re never far from the ocean. My recommendation: save your money and skip the balcony upgrade. One final tip: make sure you eat at Wharf 24, the food truck onsite. The food was absolutely amazing and ended up being one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, a great location, comfortable updated rooms, and a team that genuinely cares about guest experience."

"Well renovated hotel. Fairly basic in its amenities, but all you need. Very clean and staff was helpful. The pool is 6 stars! Great outdoor heated pool for kids and adults alike - highlight of the trip. The bar area wasn't open yet, but once it is open will be a great addition to the pool area! 3 min walk to beach (lower tides) or 15 min walk to long sands."

Gorgeous home: walk to beach, harbor, cliff walk, wiggly bridge, dining etc.

"Our experience was so great. The house is so beautiful, with so much space. This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our only regret is not staying longer. Our host went above and beyond. Communication was seamless even before we arrived. My family of 15 had more than enough room to relax and enjoy all that Maine has to offer. We have small kiddos and they loved having room to run around in backyard. The house also came with everything you need to spend a full day at the beach. We are so grateful to Lance for hosting us."
