"Family trip. The rooms were nice and large. Bathroom was also very nice. But, getting into and out of the tub might be a challenge for someone who has mobility issues. Kinda a big step over. I think that is just the Korean style. Hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the closest subway station. Has a very simple cafe downstairs. But, there are plenty of options for food within 5 minutes of the hotel. Overall, a great place to stay."

"Orakai Insadong Suites is strategically located in the heart of Insadong but so close to Iksedong, Myeondong, Bukcheon, etc. The room we rented had a spectacular view of the palace, blue house and city. It was spacious and comfortable. Having a large kitchen and refrigerator helped us enjoy dining in as well. Washing machine/dryer was very helpful. Didn't have to bring as much clothes. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Speaking in English as well as Korean was appreciated. We will...

"The room was big and perfect for a family with young kids. Bunk beds and a very large king size bed. The main area had a dining table and sink which was perfect for getting some yoghurt, fresh fruit and veggies into the kids at breakfast, when there's nothing else really open. Great central location, without being too busy like Myeongdong, made it really easy and affordable with young kids to get around by car. The staff were really friendly and always accommodating"

"Compact double room, big enough for 1 person as advertised. Included ensuite bathroom, fridge , tv and kettle. Hotel was surrounded by shops and restaurants. Very quiet in the hotel despite being in a busy hub. "
