A 4-bed apartment for rent for vacations in Maglie, in the heart of Salento, just 15 km from the beaches of the Adriatic and the center of Otranto.

The
apartment on the mezzanine floor is accessible by a few steps. A
hallway serves as a disengagement between the rooms of the house. The
living room is furnished with a well-equipped open kitchen, sofa bed for two and TV.
From here a large window leads to the inner courtyard of about 20 square meters, furnished with wrought-iron table and chairs.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom with TV and completed by a bathroom with large shower.
The well-finished house has brand new interior and is furnished with care in modern style.

The
apartment is located in Maglie, in the heart of Salento. The historic
center of the elegant town, which is very lively from a commercial point
of view, is within walking distance, as are all the main services.
Maglie
is at the center of Salento. Its location makes it easy to reach both
the Adriatic coast, with Otranto and its beautiful beaches about 15 km
away, and the Ionian coast, with Gallipoli and the marinas of Nardò
about 30 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Heating not included, to pay upon arrival, at the optional extra cost of euro 10 per day upon request.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
