It is a two-storey space designed for 7 people, fully equipped and decorated with an exquisite industrial air that is comfortable at the same time.



The loft has a large living room with a sofa bed, dining room, kitchenette, washing machine, three bedrooms with 1.35 cm beds, one on the ground floor and the other two on the upper floor. It has two full bathrooms, one on each floor and a separate entrance to the street.



Living room: it is an open space that has a 1.35cm sofa bed, TV, large side table and stools to make this a cozy place to relax and enjoy your stay.



Dining room: next to the kitchen, like the living room, it is an open space with a large glass table for 6 people.



Kitchen : fully equipped American type open to the dining room and living room . It has a two-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils to prepare any meal and dinner that you can enjoy in the tranquility and comfort of the space.



Bedroom 1: located on the lower floor, it has a 1.35cm double bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress, bedside tables with large drawers and two designer bedside lamps.

Lower floor bathroom: a full bathroom, very comfortable and spacious. It has a shower tray with glass doors, a modern sink, a window and a large piece of furniture with spacious drawers as well as a spectacular mirror. You will also find a hair dryer ,gel, shampoo, soap and clean towels for your stay.



Upper floor bathroom: a complete bathroom, very comfortable and spacious. It has a shower tray with glass doors, a modern sink, a window and a large piece of furniture with spacious drawers as well as a spectacular mirror. In the space under the stairs you will see a closet where you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board.



The loft is located at street level, the entrance is independent from the building where it is located, the entrance is through codes, so you will have total independence, you just have to make sure you don't lose the keys when you leave. You will be like at home.
