Located on the third floor with elevatorof a modern building declared of cultural interest, the apartment combines classic charm with modern comfort. Recently refurbished while preserving its beautiful façade, it overlooks both the street and a quiet courtyard — fully sound-insulated to ensure a peaceful stay.

Appartement très bien situé, pratique pour les visites touristiques et calme. Métro, bus et commerces à proximité. Un bémol : le manque de vaisselle ( 3 verres à vin, pas de tasses à café, pas de grille pain) et rien pour accrocher les vêtements dans la salle de bain, ni dans la petite chambre.

This is the perfect place to stay within easy walking distance to Plaza Mayor, del Sol, El Cotres Ingles, Prado, etc. Very spacious apartment and quiet. Lots of eating and shopping.

This apartment is in an excellent location...close to Plaza Mayor...from which you can explore many unique neighborhoods. Beds were good (note that one bedroom is very small). We could not get AC to work in main living room but maybe due to our own lack of tech skills. Apartment could use a refresh but very clean. TV is older so not able to access our streaming services, but they had a nice iPad with personalized greeting and helpful information. Importantly for travelers with luggage...an elevator! If you are interested in an authentic Basque meal go to Restaurant el Tormo where the owner Clara and her Chef David will provide a wonderful meal accompanied by an explanation of each dish origins. If you want another authentic experience, make a reservation at Botin well in advance of your trip. We could not get in. Madrid is a bustling vibrant city! Thank you Vanessa and Oscar.

Location is the best. During our stay there was a major reconstruction around the house, that was not highlighted by the owner. Should be discounted for the dirt and noise accommodating the construction.

Perfect Location for Stay in Madrid

The proximity to Plaza Mayor made this a perfect location for us to stay. The apartment was pretty basic but had what we needed for our 3-night stay where we spent most of our time exploring the city and returning to sleep. Showers were good and the extra bathroom was helpful. The bed in the second bedroom was only accessible on one side, in case that’s an issue for someone planning to use it for two people.

Centrally located gem

This apartment is in such a great location – we were within walking distance to a number of attractions and close to two very useful metro stations. It's a clean and well-appointed space with large windows that allow for light and nice breezes. (It does have AC, but we didn't use it.) Management is very responsive and the app to access the unit was easy to use. My only note for improvement is that either the bedframe or the mattress needs to be looked at in both bedrooms. They were... um... interesting. (A variety of firmnesses/support.) But a very minor problem in an otherwise fantastic stay.

Dull and poorly lighted. Operated by a management company and minimally appointed, especially kitchen. Bed in first bedroom badly needs a new mattress. Does have 2 comfortable sofas. Dining table is jammed between a sofa and a wall. Depressing place.

Great flat close to a lot of places of interest in Madrid. The flat is comfortable, clean and had all the amenities needed for our visit. Communications with the owners was easy, Mariam was at the flat to greet and recommended lots of cool spots. Definitely worth shortlisting in your search.

Hidden jewel in Madrid

Stayed at this apt for 10 days.. with a 3 and a 7 yr old. Everything is within walking distance or at least walking distance to a bus, metro, etc. it was 103 F for a few days but we did not mind because the pool was so amazing. It is salt water and is so refreshing. The depth of the pool is just at 5ft all around, so unfortunately I wasn’t able to play with my 3 yr old as easily. But my hubby easily cleared it. The shade, of the buildings around it, covers it so we weren’t in need of too much SPF. Air conditioned and lovely light in the rooms. Very comfortable and great way to spend the evenings.
