Two of the rooms have 0.90 cm bunk beds, two of them with a balcony facing the street, being incredibly bright, the third room has a 1.35 cm bed. Prepared for a totally comfortable stay. All beds have a pack of sheets so you don't have to worry about a thing. \- Living room: bright living room completely renovated with designer furniture and hundreds of details. It consists of a comfortable sofa, carpet, side table and a very bright balcony overlooking the street. 55 "smart tv, high speed internet. The neighborhood is emblematic of Madrid, very close you have two metro stations: Delicias and Palos de la Frontera, if you want to walk downtown you have only 5 minutes. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood very near Atocha. With early morning day trips, this was so helpful. There are also several good cafes nearby. There were more sleeping areas than my party of four needed. Two toilets (one shower) is also a plus. However, the apartment is sparse, very cheaply furnished, and has a sterile feel, with literally no artwork or adornments and only the bare minimum of amenities. The artwork shown in the photos was not present. In addition, it was obvious the cleaner rushed. The floor was sticky in places, and the bathroom floors appeared to not have been cleaned. Considering the price point and how much we looked forward to and planned for this trip, the apartment was a disappointment. The host also went silent in the 24 hours leading up to our arrival, which was frustrating. I had been told to check back the day prior to arrival to see if we could check in early, as my elderly parents arrived in Madrid earlier than myself and my son. I did so recognizing the host has zero obligation to provide an early check-in, and asked whether they could suggest a luggage storage company nearby. Given that the host made the suggestion to check back, the lack of communication was more frustrating than if they’d simply replied to let us know we couldn’t check in and they don’t know any luggage storage companies. ##### Lauren S. As soon as we came in, cockroaches moved around. No wifi working. Reported issues and they said THEY KNEW ABOUT IT! Since other guests had reported it in the past. They sent someone to “fix” the WiFi, they guy was clueless about it and left without fixing it. Sent more messages got no response in 48 hours. Left the premises without internet, no further response from this people. Premises were in really bad condition. Avoid this place at all costs. I travel 300 days a year. Die Wohnung ist relativ gut geschnitten und jedoch ist die Wohnung nicht sonderlich groß. Für nur zum schlafen und frühstücken aber perfekt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal man kommt überall schnell hin. Auch tolle Restaurants direkt in der Umgebung. Ansich ist die Wohnung sehr gut und wirklich zu empfehlen. Einzige Mankos sind die quitschenden Stockbetten und dass im Doppelbett je nur ein großes Kissen und nur eine Decke zur Verfügung steht (Auch auf Anfrage konnte hier nicht geholfen werden). Der Kontakt mit der Vermieter-Agentur war jedoch perfekt und super freundlich. Würde die Wohnung immer wieder buchen und auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen. ##### Maximilian D.
