Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities

Son muy estrictos con los horarios de llegada incluso me dijo el dueño que la hora más tardía de llegada era una hora antes de lo esperado. Las casa es un sótano y tiene muchas humedades. Una estafa. He acabado denunciando a la policía. Te dan un teléfono para concertar la entrega de llaves y no contesta nadie. Cuando al final contestaron en 10 segundos me dijeron que enviara información por whatsapp y a partir de ahí se acabó la comunicación. Resultado final: me quedé sin alojamiento, con la habitación pagada y en la calle colgado con mi maleta. Aparte del tiempo y el dinero perdido, la situación de indefensión es horrible. Llamé a la policía, me dijeron que denunciara por estafa y así lo estoy haciendo.
