The gated community definitely added a sense of safety and peace, which I really appreciated.That said, the home could use a bit of TLC. The walls are noticeably dirty and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Also, while the rooms were roomy, the king-size beds were unfortunately quite uncomfortable. For a short stay it worked, but comfort could definitely be improved.Overall, it’s a good spot for a quick getaway with nice...

"We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. The best part is the fabulous rooftop deck- plenty of comfortable seats, big table and grill and a really nice fire pit. We also found the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was large and easy to use for all of us. The condo was clean and has lovely big windows. It is in a very convenient location to the Gulch, 12S area, and not far from Broadway. It is in an up-and-coming neighborhood near Belmont. Overall, we had a great stay!"

"In town to celebrate a friend's birthday. The place was very clean and plenty of space for 4 of us. Perfect location, close to Broadway, short Uber rides to wherever we were headed. Check in and out very easy, communication was great they checked in throughout our visit and instructions/rules for the place were very clear. Would stay here again. "
