"Everything about this trip/stay was easy and convenient. I was attending a 2-day event at MetLife and everything was super simple. The only thing I would say(let me preface that this isn’t there fault but it’s good info to have): it’s right around the corner from MetLife but you’re not able to walk. I wish you could as it would be 10x more convenient. "

"On the elevator floor #4 button was damaged Took two atempts to register And tha down button was missing floor4 Arrived at Dutch breakfast and some items were emptied or finish like bacon and bread for a buffet at 7:30.am did not good good with my nephew an d wife Otherwise the front desk staff was great "

"The front desk person, Jonathan was very welcoming and helpful. We had an issue of concern with a gentleman at the restaurant who refused to sit us and Jonathan helped us speak to the manager. Otherwise, the staff was great and friendly and we enjoyed our stay. "

"The location was excellent especially after attending Jin’s concert at Prudential center. The room, bathroom was spacious.It took a long time for the shuttle to arrived to the airport. I don’t why there’s no microwave in the room.☹️ They were able to refund the security deposit the day of our checkout. Something that I like since you can actually see that it was refunded. While the other hotels charged you then it after few days you can’t see the charged. I just want transparency. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.💜"
