First thing we realized that there’s no parking spots, our option was meter or unmanned parking structure that required you to download app. Once we parked, trying to get in the lobby and get key to condo was like being in an escape room. The condo had an amazing view of the city and “night” life. Yes! Homeless people, prostitution, and clubbings. The condo we realized is above a very busy and noisy bar/nightclub. So, we hear music thumping until 1AM. Because we parked our car on the street(metered), we watched all night as people walked by our vehicles and homeless people looking in our cars. Did not feel safe at all. Not good if you have kids, but if you’re young and looking to party then this is the place for you. ##### Met F. No big deal really - I understand maintenance is a part of owning real estate. Upon my return the A/C wasn't working, however, I made the issue known to the owner, and she was able to move me to another unit within the building quickly. Issues happen. In my opinion, it's how owners/management react to issues, and I believe they did a good job of accommodating me. ##### Clinton H.
