"This house is amazing. It’s peaceful and has all the amenities one could hope for. The pool and hot tub, where we spent most of our time,was large and spacious clean and warm. The entire house was very clean and organized and plenty of items to get started with. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes pans and utensils. The host is very kind and texted to make sure we arrived safe and that everything was good at the house. We were not far from anything on the island and everything was easy to get to. We would definitely stay again. "

From the moment we booked, the communication with the host, Tom, was excellent – very prompt, clear, and helpful.Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by how spotless and well-maintained the house was. It was clear that a lot of care goes into this property. The living room was incredibly comfortable, perfect for our evenings of leisure, playing board games and watching movies. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals, from pots and pans to basic spices, which was a huge convenience. We especially loved beautiful backyard and patio area, ideal for morning coffee and evening barbecues.The location was also perfect for our needs. It was just a short drive to the beach, and we loved being able to easily explore the local shops and restaurants in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, offering a relaxing escape. We truly felt like we were staying in a private oasis.The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring everyone got a great night's sleep after our busy days. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus for staying connected. "We made a quick trip to Marco Island for the first time and had a wonderful stay at Ed’s house. He was so responsive to any message and helpful with all questions. The house is stocked with everything you will need and is very clean. The pool is perfect to relax. We will be back again. "

"The property is absolutely amazing - great space inside and out (but why are you spending any time inside??). Pool is the perfect size and the outside space seemingly goes on forever. Your group can all be together or separate into their own sections and you'll still have fun.Having a view of the water was incredible and we were fortunate to see some manatees and dolphins swim by during the trip. The property provided 7 bikes but a few of them needed some TLC (flat tire, loose handlebars and no bike pump). We got a bike pump and patched up the ones we needed to use but the team was also responsive when we let them know. Host provided more than enough supplies to get us through the week including higher-end bath amenities that we rarely see during VRBO stays. This place is definitely as advertised and I would absolutely stay here again."

"What a great VRBO find! Loved our time in Marco Island, this house had all we needed and then some! We had a few big Thunderstorms come through during our stay but we turned a rain out into game night in the garage with Ping-Pong and Darts. The kids got to use the 5 bikes to explore all over the island, it was great having a cooler we could take with us when we rented a boat. When we come back to Marco we will look to book here again for sure! "
